  • We currently ship to Pakistan only.
  • If your location is not listed, please contact our support team for possible shipping options.

  • If there are any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.2000.
  • Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our support team on Instagram with your order number.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Rangrez Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
