- We currently ship to Pakistan only.

4. Shipping Fees
- We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.2000.
- Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our support team on Instagram with your order number.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Rangrez Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
